These Terms govern your access to and use of TicketFlow, available at ticket-flow.net. Please read them before using the service. By accessing or using TicketFlow you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TicketFlow is a dashboard for managing ticket resale inventory. It scans your email for order confirmations, tracks orders and sales, matches sales to purchases, and connects to third-party platforms such as TicketSwap and Viagogo on your instruction.
TicketFlow is a tool. It is not a ticket marketplace, not a broker, and not a party to any transaction you make on any platform.
This is the most important section. Read it.
TicketFlow acts on the platforms you connect it to, using the credentials and sessions you provide, and only when you tell it to. You remain fully responsible for how you use those platforms and for complying with their own terms.
You confirm that:
You use TicketFlow at your own risk. We are not responsible for any suspension, limitation, ban, closure, withheld payout, frozen balance, lost access, cancelled sale, or any other action taken by TicketSwap, Viagogo, StubHub, Ticketmaster, a payment provider, or any other third party, whether or not that action follows something done through TicketFlow.
TicketFlow reads email, parses data, and talks to platform interfaces that we do not control and that change without notice. Automated processing can be incomplete or wrong.
You are responsible for checking anything that matters before you rely on it, in particular prices, payouts, quantities, seat details and financial totals. Do not treat TicketFlow output as bookkeeping, tax or investment advice.
You agree not to:
To do its job TicketFlow stores session data and credentials you supply, including platform session cookies, email access details and payout details. These are encrypted at rest and kept separate per customer. See our Privacy Policy for what is stored and why.
You may disconnect any integration at any time. Doing so stops future processing but does not undo actions already carried out on a platform.
We aim to keep TicketFlow running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures and changes at connected platforms can interrupt it. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where that is not legally permitted, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, or for death or personal injury. If you use TicketFlow as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
You will hold us harmless against claims, costs and damages brought by a third party that arise from your use of the service, your content or credentials, or your breach of these Terms or of a connected platform's terms, except to the extent the claim is caused by us.
You can stop using TicketFlow at any time by cancelling through Whop. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if your subscription lapses, or if we are required to do so. Where reasonable we will tell you first.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or through our Discord. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you the right to another forum.
