1. Service Description
TicketFlow provides a dashboard for managing ticket resale inventory. The service includes email scanning, order tracking, sales matching, and integration with platforms like TicketSwap and Viagogo.
2. Account & Access
- Access requires an active subscription via Whop
- You must sign in with Discord
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure
- One subscription = one user. Account sharing is not allowed
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service
- Share your login credentials
4. Google Account Access
By connecting your Google account, you authorize TicketFlow to:
- Read your Gmail (read-only) to find ticket confirmation emails
- Create and manage a Google Sheet on your Drive for your inventory
You can revoke this access at any time via Settings or your Google Account permissions.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are managed through Whop
- Prices and billing terms are as listed on our Whop page
- You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
6. Data Ownership
- Your Google Sheet is created on your own Google Drive — you own it
- Your ticket data belongs to you
- We do not claim ownership of any user data
7. Limitation of Liability
TicketFlow is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:
- Missed or incorrectly parsed emails
- Third-party platform changes (Ticketmaster, TicketSwap, etc.)
- Financial losses from ticket resale decisions
8. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Whop.
